01 Who we are

Big Dog Longevity is operated by MDS Ventures, Inc., a Florida limited liability company, doing business as "Big Dog Longevity." When you see "we," "us," or "Big Dog Longevity" in these terms, we mean MDS Ventures, Inc..

02 What you're buying

Big Dog Longevity sells educational content — specifically the Big Dog Longevity Playbook and the optional Longevity Update subscription. Here's what each one is:

  • The Playbook ($99 one-time): a nine-module educational guide on canine longevity medicine, delivered as a gated web guide plus downloadable PDF. Lifetime access to the version you purchased, plus any updates we publish to that version.
  • Longevity Update ($9/month, optional): a monthly brief, a private community, and first-access notifications as Loyal, the FDA, and the clinical trials progress. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
What you're not buying: you are not buying access to veterinary care, prescription medications, drug samples, clinical trial enrollment, or any service provided by Loyal (Cellular Longevity, Inc.), the Dog Aging Project, or any veterinarian. We do not control access to any of those things.

03 Refunds and cancellation

Our refund policy is short: 7 days, no questions, full refund. Email refunds@bigdoglongevity.com within 7 days of your Playbook purchase and we refund you the full $99.

Your monthly Longevity Update subscription cancels in one click from your account page. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.

If you want an immediate refund on a partial unused month of subscription, email us — we'll do it. It's just not the default.

04 Content and your rights to use it

When you purchase the Playbook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read, reference, print for your own use, and share select passages in casual conversation. What you can't do:

  • Republish the Playbook or significant chunks of it on a website, newsletter, or social channel.
  • Resell it, give it away, or bundle it into another product.
  • Remove the copyright notice or attribution.
  • Use it to train a machine learning model.
The honest version: we put serious work into the Playbook. We're not precious about one friend forwarding their PDF to another friend. We do care if somebody posts the whole thing on their blog or mirrors it on a free site. If you're not sure whether something you want to do is fine, email us and ask — we almost always say yes.

05 This is not veterinary advice

The Big Dog Longevity Playbook is educational information. It is not:

  • Veterinary medical advice
  • A diagnosis of any condition in your dog
  • A prescription or recommendation to administer any medication, supplement, or intervention
  • A substitute for a licensed veterinarian who knows your dog

Every protocol, drug, supplement, and practice discussed anywhere in the Playbook is framed as a question to bring to your licensed veterinarian — not a directive to act on.

We make no warranty that the information in the Playbook will improve your dog's health or extend your dog's life. We believe the content is useful, accurate, and carefully sourced — but biology is complicated and individual dogs vary. Use of the Playbook does not create any veterinarian-client-patient relationship between you and Big Dog Longevity or its employees.

06 Changes and updates

We update the Playbook content regularly as FDA milestones, clinical trial results, and new research land. When we make material updates, subscribers to the monthly Longevity Update get the update first; lifetime Playbook owners get access to all updates to their version at no extra cost.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll publish the change date at the top of this page and, for active subscribers, email a summary of what changed.

07 Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong and you're unhappy, email us first. We read every email. We'll work with you to make it right. Most problems are solved by a conversation.

If a dispute can't be resolved by conversation, these Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts of Broward County, Florida.

If you believe we've charged you in error, email refunds@bigdoglongevity.com before you dispute the charge with your card issuer. We refund billing errors within 24 hours. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us — and eventually other customers — meaningful money that we'd much rather not pass through into pricing.
