The refund is yours.

No questions. No forms. No retention gauntlet. If the Playbook doesn't earn its price, email us and we send it back.

The entire refund policy, in two sentences.

If you purchased the $99 Big Dog Longevity Playbook and are not satisfied for any reason, email refunds@bigdoglongevity.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

You keep whatever you learned. We keep nothing you didn't want.

Subscription ($9/month) cancellation: log in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription." That's the entire flow. No phone call, no email needed, no "are you sure?" loop. Your subscription ends at the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

What actually happens when you ask for a refund

We're committing to a specific process, published publicly so you know what to expect.

You email us within 7 days of purchase

Send a message to refunds@bigdoglongevity.com with your order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email). No reason required. A single sentence is plenty.

We reply and process the refund within 24 hours

We commit to a median 24-hour response time, regardless of weekend or timezone. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment the refund is issued on our end.

The $99 arrives back on your card in 3–10 business days

Standard card processing times apply at the bank level — we don't control that part. But the refund on our end is instant. If you don't see it within 10 business days, reply to the confirmation email and we'll help chase it with your bank.

You keep the Playbook access for the week

We don't revoke your Playbook access the instant you request a refund. Keep reading through the end of your 7-day window if you want. The refund is not contingent on returning the Playbook. Knowledge isn't cattle.

What if it's been more than 7 days?

Email us anyway. Our published policy is 7 days, but if something genuinely went wrong and you reach out within a reasonable window — we'll usually make it right. We'd rather do right by you than hide behind a clock.

Goodwill refunds like these are tracked separately from the published 7-day refund rate on our transparency page.

Do I have to give a reason?

No. If you want to tell us what was missing or where we fell short, we genuinely want to know — that's how we improve. But the refund is not contingent on feedback.

What about the monthly subscription — is there a refund for a partial month?

When you click "Cancel Subscription" in your account, the subscription ends at the current billing period — so you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for, then your card is never charged again.

If you want an immediate refund on the current partial month instead, email us and we'll do it. It's just not the default because most people prefer to keep the access they've already paid for.

Will you try to talk me out of it?

No. We'll process the refund, send the confirmation, and — if you're open to it — ask one single question about what didn't work for you. You're free to ignore it. That's it.

No email sequences trying to win you back. No discount offers at the door. No "we'll pause your subscription instead." None of that.

What's the chargeback policy if I dispute the charge with my bank instead?

You can, of course — it's your card and your right. But we'd rather you email us first. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and involve your bank charging us a significant fee, which we then have to account for in future pricing.

If you email refunds@bigdoglongevity.com we'll refund you within 24 hours. That's faster than any chargeback will ever resolve, and it keeps the whole system honest for everyone else.

Is this refund rate public?

Yes. Our actual refund request rate and refund response time are published live on our transparency page. If we're hiding behind bad data, you'll see it there first.
